Time for Tea
What better way to spend a holiday Friday afternoon than tea with friends? It’s the Christmas season and Jennifer Petersen, Cuppa Countess, invites you to bring a friend for Afternoon Tea at The Grant House, 1101 Officer’s Row, Vancouver, WA (historic Fort Vancouver) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., December 10, 2010. Tea Cookbook Celebration
We will be celebrating the release of the new cookbook, 17-76 Tea Party Award-Winning Recipes. Chef Joe, The Grant House, is preparing delicious tea time treats including scones from recipes in the cookbook.
Reviews are by Judith Krall-Russo (food historian), Pat Jollota (Clark County historian) and Pat Stephens (The Columbian). The cookbook cover design and photos are by Kate Singh, Aevum Images. Kate, Pat J. and Pat S. are joining us for tea.
