Tea is a beverage loved by many. This is because tea is easy to make, can be consumed hot or cold and there are many different flavors available to choose from.

Think Outside Of The Box When It Comes To Coupons And Discounts

Anyone can clip tea coupons from their local Sunday newspaper. However, there are often times when not many tea coupons are readily available.

You can call the tea manufacturer that makes your favorite tea and ask them if they have any coupons or tea samples they can send to you. Many times they will send coupons and samples to individuals who ask for them as a way to get them to buy their products.

Some grocery chains will have “buy one get one free” deals on certain teas about once a month. You need to keep your eye on your favorite grocery store’s sale flyer in order to find out when the tea is on sale.

If you wish to purchase your tea online, sometimes you can find coupon codes that you can use on the site where you order your tea. The discounts these codes offer may range from a certain percentage off of your total order to free shipping.

Buy Tea In Bulk

Warehouse stores sell many items in bulk including tea. Usually they have a wide variety of tea to choose from including inexpensive teas and fancier versions.

You also may be able to pair your tea purchase with a coupon in order to get an even bigger discount and save more money that you can use for future tea purchases.

Online Auction Sites

Online auction sites cater to individuals who are trying to sell various items including tea. This is a great way to save on your favorite beverage, but there are some things you should look out for.

Make sure that the seller verifies the fact that the tea is properly sealed and hasn’t been opened. You don’t want to risk getting sick because you drank tea that wasn’t properly sealed or was used previously.

Also, make sure that you factor in the cost of shipping with the price. If the tea you purchase is inexpensive, but the shipping is a costly then you really won’t be saving any money in the end.

Food And Beverage Tradeshows

Some vendors at food and beverage tradeshows may sell their tea for a fraction of the price it would be in the store. There are often times many different vendors at these tradeshows, and you can shop around to find tea that is in your price range.

You may be able to talk some of the vendors down in price especially towards the end of the show when they are trying to sell their tea instead of having to take it back with them.

If you find a vendor that sells a tea you like at a good price, remember to get their card so you can order it from them in the future.
