With a cup of American Tea Classic’s tea in my favorite teacup, my opinion of the lowly teabag has risen. The teabags are filled with a generous amount of quality USA-made tea and the flavor is surprisingly full-bodied with a slight floral note and no astringency even when using boiling water and left in the cup too long (on the phone and forgot to remove the teabag at the right time).
Constant Comments and gracious tea hosts, Charleston Tea Plantation, on Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina, is the location for the 4th 2010 Tea Classes focusing upon Pu-Erh and Tea Technology. Specialty Tea Institute’s Foundations of Tea Education program.
Tea Enthusiasts and Certified Tea Professionals enjoy the Charleston Tea Plantation Tour while learning about tea grown in the United States and production of American Classic Tea.
Registration is open to the general public through STI and event lodging is recommended at the DoubleTree Guest Suites in Charleston, South Carolina, where a special STI rate is available on a time and space-limited basis. Register today!
