Many people enjoy pumpkin tea breads, pumpkin muffins, and yes, pumpkin tea lattes. Finding variations in “pumpkin” flavors, I made a minimal search for more information about baking pumpkins and found good solid pumpkin information from pumpkin seed suppliers and pumpkin chefs.
Susie Norris, author of “Chocolate Bliss”, has written a great pumpkin article on Zester Daily about Pumpkin Pie and Thanksgiving and provides two delicious pumpkin recipes for any time of year – Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie and New World Pumpkin Spice Cake.
It’s the time of year to find fresh pumpkins at local farmer’s market and perhaps to purchase pumpkin seeds for your own 2011 garden?
